OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
This Sweepstakes is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (excluding the states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable federal and state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have legal residency in an eligible U.S. state or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

1. SPONSOR
The "I Am Giving Away My House" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by:

(hereinafter the "Sponsor")
The Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the creation and enforcement of these Official Rules, the collection and management of entries, the random drawing, the notification of the Winner, and the fulfillment of the Prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (the "Entrants").
The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes: the Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above.
Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. VOID IN THE STATES OF FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND RHODE ISLAND, AS WELL AS PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrants who are deemed the Winners (as defined below).

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

End: September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT
The Sponsor's system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Period").

5. HOW TO ENTER
A. PURCHASE / MEMBERSHIP ENTRIES
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor's website will automatically receive entries into the Sweepstakes based on the following tier structure:

The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax amount of the eligible purchase, excluding shipping and handling charges, less any applicable discounts.
Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor may announce Bonus Entry Periods at its website and/or on its social media pages, for opportunities to earn additional entries. During a Bonus Entry Period, Entrants who make a qualifying purchase will automatically receive between two (2) and one thousand (1,000) times their qualifying entries ("Bonus Entry Periods"). The Sponsor retains sole discretion over the timing, amount, structure, and duration of all Bonus Entry Periods.
NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO INITIATE A CHARGEBACK OR RETURN AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR.
DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICY
All products offered through the Sponsor's website are digital goods delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase. All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable. Digital products retain their full value independent of Sweepstakes entry. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be honored under any circumstances, except in the sole event that the Sponsor exercises its right to cancel the Sweepstakes pursuant to Section 6, in which case refunds of the purchase price (exclusive of any value attributable to the digital products already delivered) will be processed as described therein. By completing a purchase, the Entrant acknowledges that they have received immediate access to the digital product(s) and waives any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent permitted by applicable law.
B. FREE METHOD OF ENTRY — MAIL-IN (AMOE)
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries without any purchase or payment by legibly hand-printing, on a 3" x 5" card or paper, the following information:
• Full legal name
• Complete mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Date of birth
Mail the completed card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to:

Each valid mail-in entry received will be worth twenty (20) Sweepstakes entries. If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, it will be worth up to twenty thousand (20,000) Sweepstakes entries, consistent with the bonus multiplier in effect at the time of the postmark. For bonus entries to be valid, the Entrant must write the applicable bonus multiplier (e.g., "2x," "100x") on the bottom left-hand corner of the envelope. If an Entrant lists a Bonus Period that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026, and received by October 3, 2026.
Mail-in entry cards and envelopes must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. Entrants are not permitted to use any third-party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Sponsor). Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. No correspondence will be acknowledged; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be honored.
LIMIT: There is no limit on the number of valid, individually mailed, hand-printed entries an Entrant may submit via this method, provided each entry complies with all requirements herein.
C. GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS
To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor. Entries made by any other individual or entity, and/or originating at any unauthorized website or email address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. MINIMUM THRESHOLD REQUIREMENT
This Sweepstakes includes a minimum entry threshold condition. The Sponsor must generate a minimum of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000) in gross entry-related revenue during the Sweepstakes Period (the "Minimum Threshold").
If the Minimum Threshold is NOT met by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take one or more of the following actions:
(a) Extend the Sweepstakes Period by up to sixty (60) additional days;
(b) Modify the Prize to a cash alternative or substitute of equal or lesser value, commensurate with actual revenue received;
(c) Cancel the Sweepstakes in its entirety and issue full refunds to all Entrants who entered via paid purchase, with refunds processed to the original payment method within sixty (60) days of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, mail-in (AMOE) Entrants will receive written notification at the mailing address provided. The Sponsor's determination regarding the Minimum Threshold is final and binding.

7. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION
If the Minimum Threshold (as defined in Section 6) is met, the Sponsor will donate One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) to Destiny Rescue, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This donation is guaranteed upon threshold achievement and is independent of the winner outcome or Prize selection. The charitable contribution will be made within ninety (90) days of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

8. PRIZE
GRAND PRIZE (1 WINNER)
There will be one (1) Grand Prize available. The Grand Prize Winner ("Winner"), upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive ONE of the following at the Sponsor's discretion:
OPTION A — RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
• Residential property located in the State of Tennessee
• Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $450,000
• Property will be transferred free and clear of any existing mortgage or lien
• Sponsor will pay closing costs associated with the transfer of title
Winner is solely responsible for: all federal, state, and local taxes; property insurance; homeowners association fees (if applicable); ongoing maintenance, utilities, and property expenses; and any costs associated with a property inspection conducted at Winner's discretion.
OPTION B — CASH ALTERNATIVE
• Lump sum cash payment of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000)
• Paid via wire transfer or certified check within thirty (30) days of Prize acceptance
PRIZE CONDITIONS
The value of the Prize set forth above represents the Sponsor's good faith determination of the ARV thereof, and such determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV when the Prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded.
The Prize is awarded "AS IS" without warranty by Sponsor of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, habitability, structural condition, zoning compliance, or title. The Sponsor may substitute the Prize or any Prize component with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Substitution, assignment, or transfer of a Prize by the Winner is not permitted.

9. REAL ESTATE DISCLAIMERS
If the Winner selects Option A (Residential Property), the Winner acknowledges and agrees to the following:
• The property condition is not guaranteed by the Sponsor.
• The Sponsor makes NO representations or warranties regarding the structural condition, mechanical systems, environmental condition, zoning, permitting, flood zone designation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the property.
• The Winner may, at their own expense, conduct a property inspection prior to accepting the Prize. The Winner shall have fourteen (14) days from notification to arrange and complete an inspection.
• The Winner assumes all risk associated with the property upon transfer of title.
• If the Winner elects not to accept the property after inspection, the Winner may elect Option B (Cash Alternative) within the acceptance period.

10. TAXES
The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. The value of the accepted Prize is taxable as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize. The Winner may be required to complete an IRS W-9 form prior to Prize fulfillment. The Winner is strongly advised to consult a qualified tax professional prior to accepting the Prize.

11. WINNER SELECTION
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about August 5, 2026. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing shall be conducted using a verifiable randomization method, and the Sponsor shall maintain records of the drawing process for a period of no less than three (3) years.

12. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via phone, email, and/or USPS mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The potential Winner must:
(a) Respond to the initial notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt;
(b) Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within three (3) business days of the date of notice;
(c) Complete and return an IRS W-9 form within three (3) business days of the date of notice;
(d) Accept the Prize within thirty (30) days of eligibility confirmation.
If a potential Winner cannot be reached, does not comply with notification instructions within the specified time periods, fails to return requisite documents, or is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected from among remaining eligible entries.

13. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Released Parties the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide, in all media and formats now known or hereafter developed, without limitation at any time, their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, biographical information, city and state of residence, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes, for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further payment, additional consideration, review, approval, or notification. The Winner also acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.

14. FRAUD AND REFUND POLICY
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after entries have been credited to an Entrant's account;
• Requesting a refund for the purpose of retaining entries without payment;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party services to generate entries;
• Creating multiple accounts or identities to circumvent entry limits;
• Any other conduct that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Sweepstakes.
Violation of any of the foregoing will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all entries, and a permanent ban from all future Sweepstakes offered by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (i) infection by computer virus or bugs, (ii) tampering or unauthorized intervention, (iii) fraud, (iv) technical failures, or (v) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and award the Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the date of cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

16. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing or typographical errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the Prize.
Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.
Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death, or losses or damages to persons or property, AS WELL AS CLAIMS OR ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, government order, or any other condition beyond their control.
EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:
"A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."
For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys' fees where mandated by statute.

17. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that:
(i) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
(ii) Any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration taking place in the State of Tennessee;
(iii) Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable;
(iv) Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased;
(v) Entrant's remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and Entrant waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

18. SEVERABILITY
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

19. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., YouTube, Google LLC, X (formerly Twitter), or any other social media platform. By participating, Entrants agree to a complete release of all such platforms from any claims related to this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed solely to the Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

20. MISCELLANEOUS
These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the Sponsor. The waiver by the Sponsor of any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by Entrant without the prior written consent of the Sponsor.

22. SCAM ALERT
Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential Winner, the Sponsor will contact you via the phone number and/or email address you provided at the time of entry. You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank account information, or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. Those are sure signs of sweepstakes scams. The Sponsor does NOT use social media direct messages to contact winners. For a Winner, prize winnings must be reported to the IRS when filing tax returns, and any federal or state income taxes would need to be paid directly to the IRS.
